Snake

On a lazy Saturday afternoon, a snake sneaked through the grill near the back gate into the kitchen, and quietly it lied at the top edge of the top part of kitchen cabinet which is near the ceiling. It's dark in colour, probably over 2 ft in length and about 1-2 inches in diameter.

My dad came to rescue. First he moved a few electrical goods like rice cooker and blender which is placed below. He then took a stick to knock on the kitchen cabinet. After 2 knocks, the snake fell to the floor, and it has some shades of green. The actual length is probably 3 ft or more. My dad then used the stick to swept the snake out from the back gate.
